Had a tilting experience on Crazy Pachinko Live last night that got me even more tilted today..
First, it was a gameround that did not get played correctly. The puck bounced out of the board/wall/frame and landed halfway in one of the spots after it hit the floor. I was expecting a redrop but round instantly finished and the win I got was nothing near the outcome we saw with the puck (and the light from it). (See pics)
The round result was the first slot from the left, but the puck (halfway) landed in the 10th slot.. Check the hosts response, he knows..
And since the round finishes so fast it was not possible to see what happened afterwards and chat with the hosts..
I screenshotted what I was able to, and checked the game history.
Puck-drop REALLY random or pre-determined? Magnets? This is fishy as hell
I had a possibility to hit a 996x (had a 4x multi), and no redrop feels like the biggest scam.
I contacted live support and that was as useless as always. They said they will contact my casino after the "investigation" but always when these things happen the casino blaim Evolution for the error and can't really do anything..
On top of this the following happened..
I was trying to login on my Leovegas account earlier today and it was closed!!! Contacted livechat and they say it's closed due to something with the evolution live chat last night. I never got any explanation other than "the relevant staff will contact you on email soon".. Still haven't heard anything..
Just wanna add that I didn't swear or behaved rude in the evolution chat, but I was indeed tilted.
Does this mean that we players can't even complain to the live chat at evolution without risking that they will influence our casino accounts in a way?
