[RESOLVED] Close account

I want to talk about my experience with SpinRise Casino.
I have sent them many emails requesting to close my account, but they are not responding or taking any action. I keep losing money on this casino, and I want them to permanently close my account

 
Hiya Ali, sorry to hear that you're having some problems - i cannot help, though if you message @Skylined87 on here he potentially may be able to assist or advise on best course of action - i can't guarantee it though he's your best person to ask. 

I wish you best of luck anyway bro, and it's admirable that you're taking active steps to stop your losses too - hope things get better for you!

@Ali23hey buddy, don't they have an option to close account or self exclude? If they're regulated by a gambling commission like the UKGC (not sure where you are) this is a mandatory option so I'd be concerned if there wasn't one.
