[RESOLVED] 24Casino cancelling and stalling on withdrawals

Been Gambling for 20 years .. 24casino is by far one of the worst casinos ive put my money into when it comes to verification and withdrawals.

To make it short i deposited there  twice .. won pretty big in my budget .. first i got verified, then i did not .. they kept saying to try make a new withdrawal and i did.. but after 4 times cancelling i had enough.

As i said, ive gambled for 20 years .. and i NEVER have any problems getting verified as a customer, except for 1 time i played on a scam casino and now 24Casino.

So basicly i ended up by going nuts and just spend the profit i had and got them to delete my account. 

Even the mails i got from them was a joke .. ill repost the mail i got from them " 

Your pending cashout of 400 EUR has been cancelled.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox for further information.

In case of any questions, you can always contact our Customer Service team directly. "

So basicly no reason to why its cancelled.. when contacting theyre support.. they told me several times i was verified.. but withdrawal after withdrawal and cancelling me 4 times, yeah i had enough.

I can NOT recommend this casino !

Personally i dont care by now as i deleted my account.

And they probably dont care.

My biggest concern with the whole issue was the mail not explaining anything and the fact that they cancelled 4 times and withdrawal went back to account at the same time. Whats even more funny.. is the fact that they cancelled the withdrawals after aprox. 1 hour each time i made the withdrawals and sending the email to just wait for further information :D

I HAD to go check myself in support and asking them to why it got cancelled.. and each time i got the same respond .. " let me check your verification papers..oh it looks good, you are now verified or i have now verified you "

To me ! thats a HUGE RED flag !!!!!

That theyre trying to stall the customer by wanting him to spend the money won, by transfering the withdrawed money to the account again. Why else would there be no explanation to why it gets cancelled each time ?!?

After 3rd time cancel i went to support to ask why it keeps getting cancelled .. they told me i was verified and to  make a new withdrawal and that they would forward the issue to the rightfull department and come back and ask about the issue .. about one hour later, it gets cancelled again with the same email " your withdrawal has been cancelled, please keep and eye bla bla bla. Thats where i had enough and startet using my money again .. because i knew where this was going !

Im sure you guys are getting your money faster etc. as u are affiliated with them, im just sorry i even joined and deposited with them !!

I had a casino do this tactic but I was patient and kept sending the same documents eventually after a few weeks they accepted it and payed out, i believe its  a naughty tactic to get you to lose the winnings

Well yeah, it is a bad tactic and not very customer minded .. the difrence between your case and mine is that i was not given ANY information to why they keep cancelling.. had they just given me a reason as ive tried before with other casinos, i woulda had a chance to correct it or resend the proper verification that they wanted me to send.

Normally, in my experience with other casinos they dont transfer the money back to the account, but leave them on " waiting/hold " untill the proper papers etc was in order.

Ive tried it before aswell and waited, but that was only because the casinos had informed me to WHY the withdrawal was on hold. In this case support told me i was verified.. yet they kept cancelling them without explaining why .. and thats was the whole red flag issue for me !

Anyway .. 24Casino atleast contacted me .. so we will see how this will turn out in they end !

My personal experience from this casinos verification/withdraw is that something you expect from a "rug pull" casino not a trusted @LetsGiveItASpin casino. 

After gamble 30 years and been verified by hundreds of casino's/pokerrooms/sportbooks you get feel when a gambling site is using unethical tactics to stall  Withdraw/verification. 

At the same time i made a account on Betrebels from CG link. This was total opposite of 24casino, when i register i got a pop up saying i got 30 days to verify my account or it will be closed. I send in my info stra8 away and 20 min later i was verified. And no issue with withdraw. 

So when we have the @24Casino Community Manager here to answer questions.

This is 24cainos loss limit:

"Loss Limit. A limit on your losses in the casino for a day, a week, or a month. Please note the loss is based on the initial deposit and not winnings attributed to the deposited amount. If for example you deposit €50, put a Loss Limit of €10 and then go on to win €1,000, you can still lose more than €10 of the €1,000 balance as it is based on the initial deposit instead of the winnings.

 My question is: 

I deposit 50€ and then go and win 1000€, so my balance is now 1077€. I go to live chat and put loss limit 10€ on my account whit a balance of 1077€. I w8 and get confirmed that the loss limit is in place. So does the loss limit stop on 1067€ or 40€. So can i loose more then 10€ (of my balance) after i put the loss limit on?

Exactly .. and the fact that theyre just cancelling the withdrawals without giving a reason in the mails, seems to be very calculated from theyre side .. it seems like the support team and the economic/verification departments dont work together .. twice support told me i was verified, so therefor there should not be ANY problems .. yet somehow they kept cancelling my withdrawals without giving a reason to why.

Hi @spiker1977thank you for your feedback.  It's a pity that @Lotinis had issues and we are hopefully rectifying this.  With regards to your question the loss limit is related to deposit amount. We do however have other loss limits in place so as to offer customer their preferred method. I am sorry you have not had a positive experience with us and do feel free to inbox me your details so I can look into this further.

To be crystal clear, so i deposit 50€ and win 1000. Got 1077€ in my balance. Put a loss limit on, keep playing and the balance  will go down to 40€ before the loss limit kicks in? So did i understand your answer correct.

What does this mean? Could you explain what "other loss limit" you have and how that works?
