I have recently been through the same, With a pendling cash out of 3100$. I wrote to them via email and the contact when you are logged in. It was almost two weeks before they completed it, got a message saying there was some extended security check. For me it felt like they Hoped i was going to cancel and loose it all. Please wait and don't let them have your winnings back

I have been in contact with pokerstars letting them know, they should speed up the process. Here is their respons :
