i have recently made an account on redbet, made withdrawals of £100 and £50 no problem. i am now trying to withdraw £500 but they are requesting photo ID which i do not have, any help/advice would greatly appreciated. i have said i can provide utility bills, bank statements or my birth certificate but to no avail.

Explain to them that you don't they may allow other methods maybe 5 letters of name and proof of address but I strongly recommend you get some photo ID before depositing to these casinos.

Apply for a provisional driving license.

Thanks for your suggestions, looks like applying for a provisional license may be my only option.

You can always get a passport same day if you head to one of their regional centres

told them i wanted to close my account, then they decided my birth certificate and utility bill would be acceptable.
