Hi all,

I joined Red Lion Casino in another moment of weakness as I am on Gamstop and I played on Sportbook.

I only bet £300 and luckily managed to win £500 before coming to my senses (I was drunk when I went on!) So stopped and now I just want to withdraw my money and close it down.

I have to go through the KYC verification before being able to withdraw so I sent my documents at the start of the week but nothing has happened.

My documents are still sat there on the portal and I'm getting no replies from emails.

It's now beginning to feel like a scam as I have no facility to withdraw and nobody I can speak to about when they will verify my account.

Has anybody else had similar issues?

Have you had any progress with this? I am at the same point (trying to get verified so I can withdraw) and having read online reviews I am worried I will never get this money! 

 
Can I ask how long it took to be verified and if you encountered any other problems? Have you got any advice? I am really worried.

 
It took about a week and I had to message them to move it along. I had to send a picture of both sides of my card but with all numbers covered except the last 4 digits of the card (and defo cover the numbers on signature strip).

I also sent in a few proof of addresses to cover myself

Did they actually respond to you via email then? I am struggling to get any response. 
 

do you mind me also asking roughly how much were your withdrawals?

 
They responded after a couple of days. You can't count weekends either.

I had 2 x £500 withdrawals and 1 x £230

Thank you. Really appreciate you getting back so quickly! I will give them a few more days then and see if they come back to me.

my concern is I am looking to withdraw £5k and I am worried they won’t let me take that much or will get difficult with me. 

 
You can only withdraw  in £500 amounts mate. So you will have to make 10 withdrawals but you have to wait for each one to be processed before they allow you to make the next one

as long as I get it eventually that’s all that matters, just so glad to hear a positive story from you after reading so many negative ones!

 
Yeah I was pleasantly surprised as I'd wrote it off as it took them so long to verify. You should be OK. Just be polite in any messages you send
