question for norwegians who is using neteller

apparently my withdrawal from leo got blocked by lotteritilsynet, so i have to try again.. but it seems my only option now is to withdraw to neteller.. is it easy to withdraw from neteller to bank now or will that get blocket aswel?

 
Use Skrill ,  24hrs  from Skrill to Norwegian bank.  Mastecard for ATM withdraws , ofc some fees but a must for any gambler.
