Hello guys, hope everything is well with you under these times
I have used MuchBetter the app-wallet for a few years and it’s been good, never had any problems.
I withdrew 7,5k euros from Coinbase to MuchBetter and only 6k came to
MuchBetter.
The reason for that is that I used the same wallet address twice in a row when it says if you did that then you need to contact support and give them the blockchain so they can send it to Me manually.
It’s been almost 3 weeks now and still the euros are missing. The transaction from Coinbase is processed so all good there. I can understand under these times because of COVID that this can take time but almost 3 weeks and no reply?
