Problem with Fastbet (Bethard sister brand)

Hello guys. Two days ago I made a deposit of 25€ and got 25€ in bonus so 50€ balance.

I went to Endorphina's slot called Little Panda and changed it to 0.01 coinvalue and total bet 0.40

However. I noticed that my balance went down super quick so i looked at my betting history and it said that I have done 4€ spins  :|
I went to live chat and asked them why did this happen? And i only got a response that it was my fault and I was betting 4€ per spin on purpose

I will appreciate all help. If a rep from Bethard could send me a PM or post a message here.

This exact thing happened to me yesterday! There has to be an error how the bet is displayed in the game, since I also was 100% sure I had the bet at 0.40€ but my balance just died super quickly and I checked my betting history and realized it was 4€ spins

Well. I didn't write it either. But i did also play on there. Same thing happend.

I'm gonna write them an email. This is not OK!

That's a good idea, since that is clearly a BIG issue, accidentaly betting 10x the amount you wanted because of a software issue is not something to be taken lightly

Hmm. I was wrong about the casino. I didn't apparently play on betive when this happend.

It was on Fastbet. My bad.

Seems like all Bethard brands has the same issue. 
I emailed Fastbet regarding this issue. Currently waiting for a reply.

This post will be in Swedish. Just got this reply from Fastbet. All i can say is don't play on Fastbet or any of the casinos that is under Bethard.

They don't take responsibility for their own mistakes.
