Problem with documents

Hi .

I'm playing in a new casino (Betamo). When it came time to draw I had to do my details and documents

they don't accept them because they are in greek!

I've never had such a problem again with other online casinos. the problem is that i can't find the data in a language other than greek.

what do you propose to do?

I want to make a good withdrawal but I can't and I don't know what to do! is it not illegal what they do?

 
Hey there! What documents do they need? ID and proof of address?

If you use your passport is should be enough and also if you use a proof of address which has a logo of a gas, electricity or phone company it still should be alright even if the rest of the text is in Greek. Other than that - maybe use a bank statement as proof of address?

I put my Greek ID and a bank account copy for address The Greek identity was not accepted because they say it does not have an expiry date, something that does not exist in the Greek identity. The official bank copy is in Greek but it was not accepted

Send your passport then as a passport must have an expiration date or a driving license. Regarding the bank statement, maybe you can ask your bank to send you an english statement? I'm living in Spain and getting all my bank documents in english if I request them :)

I ask yesterday my Bank ...w8 for answer 😒 here is Greece no Spain my friend
