Problem on Iron Bank 2

ive just been playing iron bank 2 and got to a full retrigger on the normal mystery bonus and it now just goes to a black screen has anyone got any ideas how to fix this or how long it’ll take to just cancel the bonus and give me what it paid?

Presumably you've tried clearing browser cache/cookies etc?
Or just try another browser and/or device altogether.

Looks like a visual freeze. The outcome should still be logged on the server. Try refreshing, and if it’s still stuck, contact support with the timestamp and screenshots. Did your balance update at all?
 
thanks guys, balance didn’t refresh and reported it with the casino hopefully something happens… does say games can be saved for max 2 days so hopefully it resolves after that and I get my money
 
I had the exact same thing happen to me, i was playing on gamdom and had a max retrigger and wanted to use the snipping tool to take a screenshot of the screen. When i did this the game screen went black and i could not get back in the game round. Everytime i refresh the game it replayed the spin before it freeze and then the screen went black but with still game music playing etc, tried clearing cache and tried open game on my phone and was still same issue. I got the support to manually close the game round eventually though as i think they had to contact relax gaming to get it closed. (i got my funds like 1-2 hours later)

Hmm, No i would not remember to be honest. It just retrigged with +2 Spins on the mystery bonus and i had max retrigger when it went black, but it usually does dead spins at that point. As relax gaming has no replay option i could not verify it. But as the bonus round is just an animation and the payout of the bonus is already determined at the start of the bonus i would not think i got any less than i was supposed to get.

I hope OP will have their funds eventually brought to them too.. Glad to see another player having the same issue.

I think there was a black screen for the peeps not to take them at all.. Maybe some games have limitations like that.
