FIRST & FOREMOST - DO NOT PLAY THIS SCAM GAME!!!
I'M ABSOLUTELY FUCKING FUMING!!!
I was just playing on Prags new Money Time wheel game & we landed a 3x Money Time Bonus - flapper did do a slow tick over into MT segment, but as below screenshot shows, it's clearly in MT.
Yet for some unknown reason game then registers the spin as landing on number 1, and reopens betting for next game round - studio then instantly pauses game due to "error" with host told not to spin wheel and we wait 5 minutes with flapper still sitting in original MT segment.
Then host asks studio can she spin, they say yes and we just move onto next betting round like nothing just fucking happened!!!
We got literally ZERO explanation for why a 3x MT bonus didn't register properly and then subsequently got cancelled!!!!
We didn't even get round voided or bets refunded - they just paid out on the original number 1 bets, like we've all just gotta suck up the fact that a 3x MT was what landed but oh no it's fine to register that as a 1?!?!?!?! Like what the actual fcuk??!!
Personally, i suspect host or someone pressed number 1 before flapper finished moving but either way it's quite easy to address and replay the correct bonus - Evolution would've sort this out correctly and played the 3x MT bonus like it should be, or at very least have voided the whole round & refunded bets.
Pragmatic literally just ignored it happened, pretended a number 1 landed and breezed onto next round!!!! LIKE, WHAT'S THE POINT OF EVEN PLAYING IF YOU'RE GOING TO RANDOMLY CANCEL BONUS ROUNDS YOU AMATEUR FUCKING NUGS??!!!
