Hey.
Let me start with that I have been a happy customer off pokerstars the last 12 years.
and have not had mutch to complain about (except all my loses
A few months ago i started using the “Spin of the day”
thougt this was a good campaign (still do)
but had a bug in the game where I won some freespins but didn’t receive a prize, not the end off the world but sendt them an email. That It might be a bug in the wheel. Never got an answer on it, only an email after a few weeks: we hope your problem got fixed.
19 July this year I landed on the 500$ that’s a 0,0002% chance so I jumped up from my couch, but ended in “tears”
(not because i hit my head in the ceiling from jumping)
the bug was still there and instead off 500$ I received 5 freespins.
and again I sendt an email about the bug, the weeks went and never got an answer, before Thursday when I went to the live chat and was wondering what was going on. They sendt me an email that they are looking in to it.
Today I got an answer.

they probably have the rules in their side, but a 10$ compensation for a 500$ win does not feel right.
also have a video off the bug happening, but not sure how to link it. (This mistake happened yesterday)
So a minimum off the 3 times it has happend to me.
