Pokerstars (AKA) Jokerstars has to be the worst managed website I have ever played on, actually its impossible to play any slots on there, its been years now and no improvement at all on there website. Lagging games, nothing ever loads cant speak to chat because the website is always freezing. I have tried on PC on phone, diff browsers, deleting cache and cookies. There is just bugs all over it and has been for years. I mean do they not test there site? Its a absolute disgrace and that is to say the least 

 
I got a bit same issue with pokerstars casino. Sometime it just reconnects the game without any reason, just see that its spins but no money is deducted, then it reconnect.

Don't have the problem with any other casino. Go figure?   

 
@spiker1977  Yes loads of iffy stuff going on with it, too buggy for me plus I have been on it for years and I don't think I have even had a withdrawal of it,  and if I have its nothing I can remember, best avoided all together 

 
If it has problems with just the general website stuff, what more if it's about withdrawal...tsk tsk😔

 
I think all flush adds they make that casino lagg, last year was not bad, now cant do 20 spins without lagg, one thing good about pokerstars they dont care about deposit limits in UK

 
Well Poker should play Poker. There is other sites to play Casino.  I am not sure I haven't played casino on Pokerstars for a long time

@NSKOwen PokerStars had to be the most buggiest website I have played on it lags, always deposit payment issues, to be fair it’s that bad I would not raise an eyebrow if it was confirmed the site was developed and managed by a single person with very little experience. Plus yes I would also say withdrawals too, I have withdrew once, think it was for around £200 that is in around 8 years. I spend about £1500 a month on gambling. Mostly £20 increments between Casushi and the sister sites party casino, video slots, mr vegas, PokerStars and a couple others, I always play slots and I have not had a withdrawal in over 2 years, I don’t know if it’s just me or I am doing something wrong…! I don’t actually think you can win on any of them  the only wins you see on here are from bonus buys anyway and I am in UK we can’t buy them.. I just pray for the day I can win something back like all of us…!

@ProBlackbird Yes however they advertise and market slots using streamers and most f us on here are now members and with all the constant KYC paperwork and verification issues these days people like to just stick with instant payouts as most gamblers need withdrawals as quick as possible with no issues and the experienced site know this, however PokerStars do not seem to be very experienced at all which is a bit frustrating to say the least

no idea not expert on UKGC regulation, but they do give limits by age, under 25 year old you get like £250-£500 deposit limit, over 40 years old you get auto deposit limit $2000 about £1600 pm, but you can easy make it £5k plus deposit limit, I use to play in Pokerstars a lot and SkyVegas same company they never ask me any SOW, my paymant got paid less in one minute even one time I did larger cashout I was waiting for email about sow nop they paid me right away, regards to lag on slots I did make small deposit 2 weeks ago just to try looks abet better now, but they remove all the good free offers
