I don't know if it is legal. But the same happend to me one year ago. For me pokerstars has the worst withdrawel time. I had been a member for a long time, i got some great hits so in total my withdrawel was about 3000€ on a 50€ deposit. So apparently pokerstars now say you can’t withdraw your winnings until 48hours after your last deposit. How strange, is this legal?

i think party poker is better choice.I’ve withdrawn loads of times in the past and the is has never happened, I’m verified so I think it’s disgusting. never playing there again, and it’s my main site too.
yeah hard out, they know we are degens lmao. ive lost a few grand because they wont just take the money out of your account. but i guess it is a business and that restriction for sure brings in money. i just need to practice good bankroll management i guessI have this too. And it doesn’t vary like some people have said. It’s always 48hours since last repost.
All it does is mean 80% of the time I spend what I was going to withdraw. Haha. My problem that I know.
But it’s surely encouraging people to gamble more when they can’t access their cash straight up?
I actually noticed this as well, I did some investigation and it appears that you get your deposits back using the same exchange rate used to originally deposit. However, anything above this amount uses a slightly lower exchange rate which I do find a bit dodgy, especially as they only ever allow you to convert your local currency into US Dollars without the option to instead use your local currency. One week later i had my money, so in total over two weeks in total to get my money. They also had a strange withdrawel, some of the money showed like a cash back on my account (the deposit) and the remaining like a normal withdrawel.
