Platinum Play- Not investigating Evolution Gaming

Bet 20.00 on 4 rolls on monopoly live. It hit and the multiplier was 620x. I didn't get paid a cent. Evolution told me in chat my bet was placed but they told my casino platinum play that it was an error on evolutions end.

I still don't know what the error was. Casino says they don't get more info and evolution won't tell me anything at all saying they only report to the casino. None of my other bets did this, only when I hit a 620x multi on the 4 roll bonus. I sent PP the screenshot where evolution gaming told me that my bet waa placed and that nothing went wrong on my end. I asked PP to investigate further with evolution gaming as there was a clear discrepancy in what they were being told. They have repeatedly just said. "That's all we were told is evolution gaming had an error".

So I'm out 12,000.00 and nobody is doing a thing. I feel scammed.

 
This is what Platinum Play just said today  after 10 days of follow up:

According to game server logs information, the player attempted to participate in the below-detailed round of MONOPOLY Live game which were held on 2020-06-01. However, the player's bets were not processed due to the temporary system malfunction on the Evolution Gaming's side during the rounds. 
Worth mentioning that no transaction has issued due to this failed bet attempts.

Please note that our Development Engineers are currently working on a permanent fix which will help to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

I took a screenshot when evolution gaming told me they could see my bet was placed.

PP doesn't care they are relying on what Evolution told them, the bet didn't count so no payout.

I will never trust either again.

wow that sound so bad i hope it works out for you, it really looks like you should get that money. I wish you the best of luck to get this solved.

Unfortunately not, otherwise I'd already step in and help. It must be done from Casino's side.

 
Thanks for the replies. I've practically begged PP to ask what the malfunction was and why I was told the bet was placed by evolution gaming. PP has been waiting the answer for 3 days. Evolution said they are investigating.....

The run around has been unreal.

 
This is what evolution gaming said to Platinum Play. They still don't answer why evolution gaming in live chat said the bet was placed. Presumably if it didn't reach the server she didn't see it. I've asked the casino to clarify that with them but frankly I don't expect I will hear anything further. A lesson for everyone if you place bets on games run by evolution gaming you may not get that big payout you are waiting for.

Evolution confirm that is had been brought to their technical team's scope and that all the steps have been taken to ensure this issue does not happen in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
 
 
Damn.. I am sorry for you.. The worst part is that this is perfectly legal and you cannot just take them to court.. Evolution is so rigged

 
Lesson learned. Hope others don't have the same result. This is the final word and I won't be giving any more of my hard earned money to either.

Thank you for asking more clarification and after being in contact with the live dealer. Evolution are able to confirm it was due to an internal malfunction "It was the internal malfunction that caused the message  "bet accepted" to appear on the screen while the bets were not accepted in Evolutions server". They are confirming that this should not occur anymore. Therefore it was because of this malfunction that the screen showed « bet accepted » whereas it did not reach the server in a successfully manner.
 
Regarding the question: if they did not saw the bet how could they saw it never reached them? 
The answer is that they saw the bet but it was simply not successful (accepted) in Evolutions server.
