The site is so awful.
On mobile it is so slow - you click on close game, nothing happens so you click again, turns out it was just laggin, or loading pages in a poorly optimised way, so your now on a new page and have clicked on deposit despite the previous page never visually opening, now you have to wait for this deposit page to open, then you try top close it, nothing happens, you get pissed off and click close again, turns out it was just laggin, or loading pages in a poorly optimised way, so your now on a new page and have clicked on deposit again and have to wait for that to reload so you can close it.
It's like this 90% of the time. All the time, nothing is smooth on the mobile.
The browser version is no better, every time you click on something it reloads the whole page, resizes shit, refits it to your screen. It's slow and archaic.
I've spent the better part of the last half hour trying to enable the withdrawal lock, on the mobile, when you navigate through their ponderous terms and conditions/help file library you get to "Healthy Betting" > under all the different categories it says "To enable time out/withdrawal lock etc click HERE"
On the mobile the "HERE" is not a link, its just a word and clicking on it does nothing, doesn't take you anywhere.
So useless.
On the website it works, or I think it works, I clicked on Lock-in, cancelled my withdrawal, redid my withdrawal, cancelled my withdrawal, re-clicked Lock-in and redid my withdrawal, cancelled it re-clicked lock-in and redid my withdrawal. It says there is some checkbox that will pop up at some point during the withdrawal process but I didn't see one.
Gave up.
It says enabling and disabling the Lock-in is instantaneous, so whats the bloody point anyway,? Maybe they are relying on the frustration people had trying to set the lock-in to deter them from subsequently trying to remove the lock-in.
Really aggravating place to play, not least of all the 3 day timeframe it takes for them to approve withdrawals, "to ensure their fairness"
Garbage site.
