Hello all probably wondering cash dump wth is that? 

Well believe it or not I've been gambling for about 20 years now and I've noticed quite a bit of shady stuff going on lately. 

Let me explain

A cash dump account is basically an account on an online casino which is loss only meaning you will never withdraw. The casino will use this to pay off other customers mainly VIPs. The casino will often target small and frequently used accounts.

Your notice if your account is a cash dump account when your face 100 complete dead spin cycles on a regular basis. balance capping meaning the balance will jump up and down but focus on a certain figure for example 200 bouncing up and down but never go over 200 this is usually applied on your account. This is totally abnormal behaviour for numbers. Remember it's based off billions of spins they say LOL!!

Ask the casino for a Profit and loss history, your likely be supplied it straight away from an honest casino but the shady ones who use a cash dump account system will stall or tell you there not given you one because this wil prove that the account is just being farmed for money with 0 returns.

Ask yourself what do the people at the casino actually do? It's not like there needed while we click the start button right?  

Anyway I'm about to expose various different casinos publicly it's taken me 3 years to get all the information I have. The roofs about to blow off but before I leave or this is deleted I'll leave you this screen shot

This account I've deposited for 2 years on never had withdrawal ever and never had a win more than 10x that's the truth

Whilst a customer service representative should have a basic knowledge of what RTP is, unfortunately many of them don't get taught the mechanics behind how the games actually work, and how casinos operate. They're just there to service basic customer service requests.

If you would have asked the rep for your profit and loss, they likely would have understood. Or, they may be new and just don't quite understand. If you get hold of a different representative, I'm sure they will be 100% happy to supply you with that info.

From the screenshot, I also don't see anyone 'flat out refusing' to supply anything.

As for you 'exposing' the casinos, I'd be eager to see your 'proof'. As and when you are able to supply that.

I don't want to get into the 101 reasons as to why there is no such thing as a 'cash dump' account, and how incorrect your theory is, as I've been down that rabbit hole many times on this forum. But, it's getting kind of painful seeing many threads just turn into baseless tinfoil hat theories without a shred of evidence or logic being applied.

Just because you've had a negative experience and have perhaps been more unlucky on a particular casino than the average player, does not mean that your, or anyone else's account has anything wrong, or is a 'cash dump' account.
With the least amount of offense intended, if this is legitimately your mindset, then you should refrain from gambling.

Lol? Are you blind clearly in first screen shot posted that's it what I asked word for word maybe if you took the time to read and look before you jump on the defensive like all the streamers do on here !!!

This is just a small issue I've had in the past 24 hours but I have over 2 years + of PDA documents, conversations with ex employees regardless of NDAs + screen shots to back up what I'm saying. I took Sky Vegas to court and won trust me I'm the guy who actually did it yes and WON big fat Wwwwwwwws all round.  So when you call out tin foil hat I suggest you check yourself buddy I don't say things I can't back up ! And if you believe a player can spin for 2 +years on account playing 3 times per week without a win over 10x on an account then you probably believe that Elvis is still alive and the earth is flat !

I no way believe that you've put multiple spins though multiple a slot sessions, over a two year period, and won no more than 10x. If you can show me some evidence of that, I'll eat my words.

I don't even know what you mean by 'slots linked to the provider'. But, I do have a thorough understanding of how slots operate between the online casino, and the provider. So if you want to expand on what you actually mean, I'll be happy to provide my input.

There is no love lost between me and Partycasino. Deleted my email as I dont really want to share it. Can give more proof they Blocked my account in a pm if you like, has money in it- I’ll be making my own complaint at some point but about a completely different matter. Had bad RTP on the games but an overall winner due to the size of their promotions.

Having said that, you are going about things the wrong way.

You are talking to a live chat agent who is little more then a receptionist. You will have to ask for it to be escalated to the relevant team, probably the accounts department, maybe even the responsible gambling department. You need the figure for your total staked and total won. What you have deposited/withdrawn is irrelevant in determining the RTP you have experienced. Deposits/withdrawals show profit and loss but that is very different to RTP.
 

Do you know how RTP is calculated?

Would help to understand what degree of understanding you have regarding how rtp works and is calculated. All you need is the figure for ‘total stake/bet/in” and the figure for “total return/win/out”

Once you have these figures you divide “return/win/out” by “stake/bet/in” and multiply by 100 - you now have your overall RTP percentage.

You can have an account that runs at 99% RTP and still never have a profitable run - What are you doing, what are you playing - how much do you deposit each time on average, what’s stake size do you play, do you just keep playing until the money is gone? What games are you playing?

The claim that you have never had a win over 10x is very vague. Do you mean you have never had a spin resulting in a win over 10x(impossible if playing regular unless the game has a max win cap of 9x)

or

Do you mean your deposit amount has never gone on to win and become 10x the initial deposit figure? 
My account balance very rarely gets to 10x what I deposited.

More info would be good if you don’t mind sharing. Also, calm interaction will get you somewhere, aggression will end communication. When dealing with the casino I mean - you are free to vent and rage here in the forum.

Party Casino is quite infuriating to deal with in my experience - have a really strange dismissive tone. When you see my complaint, you will see what I mean.
