Some awareness and help for those below:
Party Casino - Committing theft.
Unfortunately (as with all casinos) eventually their true colours show and they attempt theft either when you win big or they pick up a shared IP etc. For anyone in this position, if the casino is based in the EU remember you can easily claim your money back with EU court action. If you go to the europa.eu website and complete Form A you can file this and be sure to reference consumer law. You are protected. Nothing in a bookie or casinos Ts and Cs can allow them to seize funds or refuse refunds. They can close accounts but must return the balance, this is due to the legally binding contract that they enter into with you when they accept your registration, verify you and accept your bets. If a casino believes fraud has taken place (e.g fake name, fake ID etc) the burden of proof is on them! (However i would advise someone who has done this or PEP not to file court proceedings).
I am in the process of taking the Party Casino group to court and claiming 2% statutory interest per day on my money plus money for emotional distress. They have claimed I have not used my true identity (utterly baseless as they verified me, and i have offered to do a skype call with them). It is simply due to my level of win.
If anyone needs help or has been affected by this casino recently or any others I'll do my best to help.
I would not advise ECOGRA or any complaint resolution body due to the fact these are simply paying lip service to the industry (either they are funded by casino profits, which are our losses, or are affiliation sites who have no powers as mediators).
*REMEMBER - This is a forum run by affiliates, a lot of individuals on this forum have agendas and may give out false information. I implore anyone having issues with MGA based casinos to research consumer law, the site above and take action necessary if you have fallen foul to this kind of behaviour.
