Hi can someone please assist. I was awarded 10 free spins. So I selected the attached alot and within 4 spins I got 3 full wilds and trigger free spins. I then got a big set up with multipliers and got the wild line up a few times and got over $500.00 in winnings.

The win disappeared, did not even register at all. I go to history and it's not even recorded in there. 

Can anyone assist as this is very dodgy and scammy

i had a similar win in the same slot it paid a bit more then 300x. In the free spins from the wheel your max win per spin is 1€ if i remember correctly. I found that in their terms and conditions, got a response from them confirming that also..... that is unfortunate buddy.

Hmm I have won more than $30 in the free spins and got the full amount.

I do not see that in their terms and the terms are very difficult to find. The fact it did not register the win at all and the history disappeared is suspicious and now they are not responding at all.

I have just got the terms and Stef is correct, it's limited to like a euro per soon which is ridiculous and stupid. Last time I play with this casino. You can close this message trail.
