Hey ! Guys. Nothing related to casinos , just for people who use neteller ! Its a proper shit hole of payment provider. I have an account since 2018 ! VIP for over 7 years.
Couple of weeks ago , i made a crypto withdrawal from neteller to a crypto wallet. Normal , done it 10000 times.
This time the transaction went on pending!
Contacted the support about it. They said it should not take more then 72 hours to process!
Its been 10 days and support does not respond to a single message. Thats crazy ! I have a turnover on the account of millions and the support cant even respond to a email for 10 days

Is this the end of neteller ? For me for sure! I will be closing the account. After i give them hundreds of thousands in commission and they cant even solve a basic problem.
