PlayOJO, there's a scam site right there, a casino that adjusts it own RTP through providers and losing its own player based due to poor support and payout issues.

I've personally had no problems with PlayOJO on the payout front (although my biggest cashouts have only been around £500). Still happened within 48 hours (normally 24). Support did go through a rough patch at one time (about 3-4 months ago) where I found them particularly painful to deal with (just untrained staff). This seems to have gone away now and was probably due to rapid growth. All my recent interactions with them have been swift and successful.

I regularly check the listed RTP's of the games I play and have never noticed any change. It's only possible for a provider to change an RTP if they supply a different RTP version of a game, and switch it out on the site, and this kind of change has to go through an approval process and regulatory check, so basically, that isn't happening.
