NY spins have taken money from me and haven't got back to me in a week

Hi all, this is really annoying me now a week ago I deposited at ny spins through the link here. I won £1040 without going into bonus money then the wager completed and took 500 off my balance? I've spoken to them many many times and they keep saying they will update me and never do. However everytime I go into the chat they have no idea what I'm talking about and I believe they haven't even bothered looking into it. I want my money that I won! Someone please help me.

I've literally only set up an account to post about NYSpins.

Sort of the same thing has happened to me. They won't process my withdrawal or verify my documentation.

I'm waiting on £1750 which I don't think I'll ever get back.

I've contacted Casino Grounds about this - it is a disgrace that their promoting this casino and Voodoo Dreams.
