Also having issues with this site from Norway. Even though you say you've fixed deposits and bonuses, when I deposit now, the livechat tells me this shouldve popped up. https://gyazo.com/6d50c3a5ba1964046fa0c51dff6c09a7 even though all im getting now as I made my first deposit is https://gyazo.com/e46a3bd32c0f8f8fb37835f773bb34ea, and I never got the first 100% bonus. Now your chat tells me the same as everyone else " gonna escalate to the casino department" is it not regular to train staff to be able to handle situations like this? I'm also getting a very funny feeling here..... :/
 

 
hi never got a reply after sending my email plus my second deposit bonus was only 25% bonus deposit with was a weekend bonus yous gave i lost out out on my 100% would like a reply as this is the only way i can contact yous as live chat is closed after a certain time can i at least have my correct bonus deposit please

 
Have mailed the support but the bunuses are very buggy...


While playing my second deposit bonus i lvl upp 2 lvl from 5 to 7.

I lost all money and went to bonuses to play the lvl upp rewards but the second deposit bonus was no longer active but the lvl 6 reward bonus was active but allready lost since the balance was 0.

I have also had a 25 freespin bonus that did not work, that was gone now.

Now I got the bonus after waiting since Friday, no response in email that it was added, was just suddenly there when I went to check now when I came home after work. Guess that sorts it out, off to get some bigwins now then :)

I made an account at your casino,im from norway,and for some reason like many others,i cant see any welcome bonus when i try to deposit,therefore i do not dare to complete a deposit until i actually can see a welcome bonus on my account that i can click on when trying to make a deposit. And livechat was supposed to be up like 1 1/2 hour ago but it doesnt work for some reason,how come? Also sent you an email but seems like it takes awile to get a reply back from frankfred

i do it....

i just get 25 spins like much other ppl ....

plz fix that

Try to log out and in again. Has worked for a lot of other users. 
The support team has had a very busy launch week - We apologize on their behalf and promise to add give them more resources going forward!

doesnt help tp log out and in,done it several times,still no bonus to choose before making a deposit,which i suppose it should be? Or is the bonus added after deposit automatically?

 
Made an account today, and i think the progress in making the account went pretty smooth.

I think @LetsGiveItASpin confuses some people a bit when he said in first post:

Now people think they will get 100 free spins, because this is the "SPIN THE WHEEL" in starburst you get after signup. The definition for "up to 100" can be understood differently i guess. Mabye you could add "spin the wheel and possibly win up to 100 free spins", or something.

There are so many casinos out there that offers those 1kr/0,1€ free spins. Why not offer something new and better? Like super spins, or hitspins/winspin. That would be much more appealing. You have a max cashout for non-deposit anyway. At least the possibility to exhange those 200 free spins from 1st deposit to something else. Taking 200 spins at 1kr i feel is such a waste of time. Mabye higher deposit = bigger reward (hitspin etc). And the wager for freespins winnings is a though one anyway, so you should do the gamble aswell as us players :)

Next i wanted to make a deposit, and first think i notice and i've seen before on others casino, is the "bonus description":

C'mon, this doesnt make any sense at all, and you really dont have a clue what you get... this should be fixed.

Anyway, it seems i'll have to wait to see how the rest of deposit progress works since i cant deposit with the options available. I'll be waiting for neteller to be available (as long as it will be allowed for bonnus welcome).

Also, i think its nice to see your bonus amount when typing in your depoist amount. If you type "kr  1000" you will also get a "bonus 1000", "total 2000" to play for, or something like that. Just an improvement in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback with regards to my first post @pausefisk I've changed it to make it more clear.

I think the higher level you get, the more value the spins have, I.E gold has €1 spins instead of €0.1.

As for seeing the total amount after deposit that was something I also suggested right in the start

 
I like the site. Almost all games I like and some features when you level up.
