Heya all!

This week I'm trying the new casino FrankFred on stream for the first time. The casino has just launched but is run by some quite experienced people, so I have a good feeling about it.

I'm opening this thread for feedback about the casino. Any bugs you find at FrankFred? Any games missing?

FrankFred bonuses work the same way as Casumo meaning you can always withdraw in proportion to the bonus received before wagering requirements have completed. If you deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus (50% of the balance is bonus), you can withdraw half the balance at any time before completing wagering. Exclusive to CG the wagering requirements for ALL players are 25xD+B for the first two bonuses and 17xD+B for the third bonus.

Uhm. Pressed on "promotions" accepted welcome bonus, did a deposit, got no bonus, livechat isnt working.. Just look like this;

Hmm - it looks to be working here. Perhaps try to reload the page? (If that doesn't work you could possibly try another browser)

Hello :)  There is no reason why a bonus should not have been credited to your account on your second deposit if it was selected. 
I apologize on the behalf of the agent if you feel the responses where delayed or stiff. There are a lot of support tickets and questions on an opening day. 
Please allow us some time to make this right, I will handle it for you!

Thanks for answer. Yeah i did edit my post went a little bit to harsh and i will give it some time..

We've put in a lot of thought and effort into the Frank & Fred VIP club. With a strong focus on rewarding players for their loyalty (not winning or losing). And it shouldn't be easy to reach the Black vip status... (at least not the first couple of days)  :)  and we made it even more exciting. The first player who achieves it, will get his/her very own, GOLDEN Trans Am... Winner takes it all!

created an account.. norwegian. got the low number freespins spinner.. got only 20 freespins, when kim said norway would get between 25 and 100 :/

 
Thing to note, bonus is not valid when depositing with E-wallets (even if you can choose the bonus offer after selecting method)
