Netent takeover by Evolution Gaming -redundancies

Hey all,

a little while ago Evolution Gaming have taken over Netent.

Understandably there will be cost cuts, but from what I've read some of the layoffs are very sudden,
especially for staff of Netent live casino games that have been shut down December 1st . 

My thoughts are with the people who lost their jobs.

Makes sense from a business perspective since Evo has a better and more established live casino system/interface out there, would be a waste of resources to manage 2 separate interfaces. Hopefully the employees received a moderate amount from their severance package (if any existed) so they can sustain themselves for the coming months.

Bit of a shame for instant redundancies. Especially before christmas, I think thats very cold for Evo to act this way but its my opinion. 

Hopefully the employees get a decent payout and opportunities elsewhere

I think Evo will be devouring other companies one by one, shut down their studios and put their rigged shit in their place. Lucky for us, in Spain they must open studios here in order to provide their services to spanish players.
