@Frankicks in your initial opening post at the top you ( do not mention you tried to withdraw money) you put it to us you had lost your money. You started playing at this casino and then realized it was shady. You obviously lost and want your money back because your jumping on the shady portrayal of this casino. Well if you come to this website wee can only try and offer you advice on what to do.
I noticed you said you are not going to let this one go. Plus in your opening statement you put it out thare to warn others not to play at this site. Wee at casinogrounds thank you for that because then wee can advise people not to go near it if a person wants recomendations on reputable casinos to play at.
I get the sense that you thought you could just come on this website, say what you have said and wee would help you get your money back. Thats what it looks like to me the way this has went.
First off wee thank you for flagging this casino up as a shady casino. Wee can warn others and not direct anyone to it, so thankyou.
Second your case does not fall under its an easy thing just to get your money back because thare shady. Out in the real world unless it is a proper realistic mistake by the casino that can be looked at by them, corrected and then your money is refunded to your balance, then you have to be willing to go deeper with your side of things and have your evidence to back up the complaint your lodging.
An example being if you had just completed a bonus that paid 150 euro and the winnings never appeared in your account then a player has the case to go to casino live chat and sort it out. And the reason being is most people take screenshots or in my case i record my bonuses incase something happens.
Then there is proper evidence that i and a player can get there money based on an obvious mistake by the casino or a glitch in the game/slot. It may take a bit of time but i will get my winnings. That is a more simplistic answer of how a casino would be in a position to refund your money.
Third as i say i think you thought it would be easy just to get your money back because thare shady. You are not the first person to get done over by a shady operator and you will not be the last.
The advice you get on this site is from good people. I am pleased you brought it to our attention, but wee can only guide you. And its a case of you have lost your money and noticed the casino is shady and i want my money back. Its as simple as that.
You did not mention you had tried to make a withdrawl in your opening post and to simplify an answer you are seeking from us is-1, wee are saying you will have to get legal advice from proper authorities involved and ask them to look at this for you, present all the facts to them. This may incur a fee,
you said you were not going to let this go so sucking it up and taking the hit is not an option, You will not make the same mistake again, i can tell that. Thats the easy way to close this whole chat. But you are not letting it go. So it has to be legal advice.
In your eyes you have been done over by a shady casino. So get legal advice, get your evidence gathered up and present everything to them. Hopefully you win your case, get your money back and you will have sorted it, slim chance i would think, depends how deep your willing to go legally.
i would assume there is no fee if you win your case. Also get the police involved and basically explain to them you have been robbed by a shady casino. Present the facts and take it from thare. The police may direct you to legal advice, which i think they probably would.
All in all because you are not going to let it go and you have come to casinogrounds seeking help, i am advising you seek legal advice. Have all your evidence with you and go after trying to get your money back. The other way is you let it go.take the hit and lesson lerned.
At casinogrounds wee are not lawyers, all wee can do is listen, and read what your telling us. Then wee can guide you to your best possible options. Wee are not miricle makers in the fact wee can just get onto the casino and ask for your money back.
I think and feel overall with the issue you have is, and my opinion you have to seek legal advice with all your information to back up your situation. And hopefully something good comes of it.
It will take time because these things do but you will be in a position whare you are fighting it. Who no's the casino might just say yes heres your money back if you cause them enough hassle through a legal means.
Thats the best advice i can possibly give frankicks, i cant direct you anymore unless someone else from casinogrounds gives you good direction on what to do.
Or you let it go and lesson learned as harsh as that sounds. So good luck to you and hopefully you are successful. You seem determined enough.
Also you will help others with this terrible experience with the casino in question. If you do go down the legal route let me and us at casinogrounds no how you got on. Thats if you wish of course.
