also to add, why would they even let me deposit with someone elses card? when you deposit it asks for the name of the owner of the card, some casinos dont allow it and an error will occur saying 'please use a card in your own name'. but most casinos will let you deposit with a third party card as long as you sign a credit card authorisation form.

All sites have a form ready and by getting it filled out they ensure the funds are legitimate - that the card hasn't been stolen or used without another person's knowledge. That doesn't equal them allowing you to use other people's cards and the action is still against T&Cs.
I don't know how Hyper will act in this case but it is definitely fully within their rights just to return the deposit.
Had it been a mistake it'd be one thing but doing it at least 3 times in the course of a week is really strange.

From my perspective, if somebody knowingly breaks terms like this - especially when it's done systematically - the best case for the player should be getting the deposit back.
What you are doing is typical behavior for somebody's who's either bonus abusing or have self excluded with their own details - and in either case the casino should nullify all play on the account, as the bare minimum.

@Lmack7 you realize that you broke the terms and conditions and you have the nerve to ask for your winnings by the time you already got the deposit back. That might sound harsh but this is reality and things cant go with your terms everytime. Your case is closed and you dont even know it yet.

sadly these kind of people i had to deal for years, so many people are literal blind for their own mistakes and try to blame it on someone or something else.
only way that sometimes seemed to work is straight up confront their bullshit in the most direct/rudest form possible..

Just to confirm this, you're not allowed to use any method that is not your own at Casumo.
If you did, the normal action we take is asking for documentation to allow a withdrawal to the same method, the continuation of using another persons payment method or use a different payment method that is not your own is definitely not allowed.
