Hello dear community! I'm sorry that I may be annoying with my question. I made a withdrawal at Casinoplanet.com 5 days ago and now you write me 'Dear Sir ...... we would like to inform you that your winnings have been removed due to a violation of our bonus terms during your game. You have placed 1 bets over 15 up to 15. This procedure is not allowed when using bonus money. what does 1 bet over 15 up to 15 mean? I do not understand that. other than that, I streamed that day and did everything on video. So I definitely didn't break any rules and they just take my money away. I got my eu payment of 60 euros back but the 960 euros in profits are gone. :( can i do something about it? after all i have the whole stream on video. Thank you and best regards

I played 5 or 6 games in the bonus u dangerous that were allowed. My maximum bet was 1 € no more !!!!! They mean that I took my profit because I supposedly made more than 5 € bets, which is definitely NOT the case !!!!! I always read the bonus controls before I play! I've been playing in online casinos for a long time but I've never seen anything like it. I can't get rid of the feeling that you are cheating on me !!!! I never play more than 1 euro stakes. I would be happy if you could help me ✌

Could you provide some more information? For example: what term did you breach, what game were you playing, and what stakes were you playing on?

No it was privat with 23 friends. But the Video i have on my pc. Can send you via email, Facebook or what ever.

I know they scamm me to100% but i definitly not give up!!!!!

if there is something i hate it is injustice !!! and the casino planet does that, that's why I give no rest !!!!!!!!!!!!! what they do is outrageous !!! With the deposits everything is always ok but when it comes to withdrawing make other than liars so that you save money but I have everything on video and will do and do until I get my right !!!! They dont know me!!
