Napoli Casino Scam

Hi guys, I need your help, I am a UK resident, i search for a casino and find Napoli Casino, I deposit more then 2300€ and when i tried to withdraw 4000€ they never respond to my emails and my withdraw is still pendent, I email them more than 10 times, and after a long time one of the assistants in chat told me that my deposit will be refunded but I need to email them about it, but still no reply from them, like no single reply. After I did a long research and found that this casino is illegal in UK and they should never accept a player from the UK. So I heard that I can contact my bank about chargeback, did anyone had some similar situation 

 
Curacao licence will be hard to get your money I wouldn't even bother trying to get in touch with them just contact your bank. In future research the casino check the licences and read the terms. Good luck 

 
I did contact my bank , they are working on the case right now , but my hope is very little in this situation to be real.

You should, i get so f@#$# angry when i see stuff like this and ppl say just forget it your money is gone. When it's fraud they should be punished, still these casinos keep coming all the time and they dont get any consequences for stealing.... really pisses me of

True , but i dont even know who should i contact about it. 

 
One should all ways make sure that any casino you join in the ukgc, but I would contact the ukgc about this matter as they may help you, take pictures of all talks with them reply’s ect,keep all of the live chats ect,a casino like that will hold on to the money as long as they can so don’t just give up,keep on at them

Apparently they have no laws in that country to prevent them robbing players of there money.

I have created a READ BEFORE YOU PLAY thread. I suggest you guys read this thread and add to it to prevent others from making this mistake soon.
