My expirience- Casumo never again

Hey guys.  I would like to share with you some stuff that I have expirienced... maybe someone wont agree but its true and all facts...

   I start online betting around 2 months ago, and ofc I went on Youtube to look for some sugjestions. I stumble upon manny of cool streamers, playing on CASUMO... So I said fuck it, lets give it a shot... to make a long stroy litlle shorter, in less than one week, I lost allmost 1000 euros playin on Casumo... I was disgusted... I stoped playing and cursed the world... then I searched a litlle and find out about ''Maria Casino''..  Since then I play allmost daily and yesterday I did some check, and I invested 15200 NOK, and cash out 15000 NOK in last month... it's a litlle loss, but I dont care, when I remember what casumo did to me... In adition, when I contacted Casumo support for something, (dont remember what) they responded like we are the biggest buddies in the world, like ''we have been in the war together jokes¨'' buddies... I didnt like that, maybe 'cuz I lost a lot of money, maybe becuse I use to work in a similar job and I find it higly unprofesionall...

Manny will say that it doesnt matter, that casumo is just a provider, but numbers dont lie, and I am very disapointed. well, I was, now I just dont care. I was talking with some streamers and tell them my situation while I was still  playing on Casumo, and they agreed that I was ''really unlucky''...

Now I found a provider that is cool and everything is gucci :)

So that is my story, and I would like to hear your opinions on this ^_^

 
That's just how slots are, casumo has got nothing to do with your losses, you've just been unlucky, you could have been just as unlucky on any other casino

 
Hi ,   i dont see what they did wrong there ,   if your lossing at a casino does not meen  its a bad casino ,the slots are the same everywhere you play ,   the support is friendly  , nothing wrong  with that  ,     everyone  will not agree with you as you dont have any facts 

 
well, that was my expirience, guys, and thats how it is... I'm not a hacker or that much of a tech guy to see where or what happened, but thats what happened...

 
I am with the others about Casumo not being at fault for your losses. They don't control the slots, they "only" host them.

But I am with the OP with the over friendly convo's when you get to speak to their live chat. I don't particularly want to be called "amigo" during the first conversation and other such words.

 
I'm with you on that as well, the over-friendly bullshit conversations where they act like they're my friend is weird. 

 
Oh yes, those chat conversations are BS. Over friendly chatter, and all I want is help :D

99% of casinos are the same random number generator, so doesn't matter where you play.

There are some casinos which have their own servers so the results will be different, but yet again its down to luck.

 
I'd beg to differ. i think too many people are willing to accept that everything is in order and they all run from the same servers and whatnot - where is the proof? Not one of you works for these providers or the casino and you certainly dont work for the gambling commissions who dont exactly give us anything but 'oh they are regulated and tested' since when did people start taking others word for it? I mean if i told you i was a friggin astronaut and i'd been to Mars, is that now the truth because i tell you it is. Casumo seems to be a downfall for many many players, and many people complain of terrible returns on the site, more than any other.......something more to it? i wouldn't be surprised.

 
I've had good experience on Casumo.

Sure there are cold streaks that can go on for days.. but that's the way slots are. Then there might be a hot streak that might last for 1 or 2 days (when being lucky). Some days one casino gives while another doesn't but that might be due to how lucky you are with the random number generators.

With slots you will lose in the end but some of us just play slots for fun and the enjoyment it gives.
