Do not gamble with online casino, even though it is giant company or not
I have been addict to Evolution Gaming for years.
In the past, I was hoping I can get some profit through this so call "Giant online casino" and believe it is a fair company on play.
Almost 4 years I noted that this company using some tricks to cheat players and heavily manipulated the result to ensure there is profit made by Casino - "its partner".
People may say Evolution Gaming is an online game operator and it did not involve in any Profit / Loss during the game, as all the transaction were responsible by Casino. However, when I search from information source, I know that if the Casino has profit made during the game, Evolution Gaming will have certain % of commission obtained.
I played online Craps under evolution gaming. Few years ago, the game seems fair as no major tricks observed. However, starting from early this year, the result pattern seems target to make player lose all the money.
I have used several approach to record the cheating:
1) Screen video capture
2) Using a network sniffer to observe the traffic against my PC and evolution site
3) Video analysis thru captured video
Several suspect area obtained:
1) You cannot observe any cheating action thru the recorded video capture unless you carefully look into the dice throwing process, that is combined with 3 video clips (Throw the dice from Launcher, hit the wall and bounce, landing on the table). The most suspected area is the bounce and landing. For " Seven Out", I observed that after the dice bounced from the wall, it will be sucked by some kind of external source to land on the table firmly, there is no any bounce or rotation action observed. Therefore, the simplest answer is magnetic dice effect (Although the dice claimed to be made of plastic, the white dot on the dice is very magnetic sensitive). Evolution gaming never mention any auditing regarding the dice and other equipment in real time....
2) Host was disallowed to wear watch - Just one reason, the magnetic field on the table are too strong that may damage to the watch accordingly
3) From network sniffer, some exchange traffic observed to receive the result of the throw before the video show the dice throw process. This could be as early as 5 second. That means the result already confirmed before dice throw.
4) From video analysis, the video clips I captured has difference lux level from time to time during the dice throw, you cannot observed thru your eye-ball but it will be detected by the PC application. I suspect the video clips used by archived record. For example, there are 36 combinations of dice result, evolution has prepared thousand of archived video clips on dice bounce back and landing. Since the dice process split into 3 separate video clips, evolution just use a powerful system to switch to any suitable dice result video and then playback to show to you. You need to compare the lux level of the video and you will know the small difference.
I lost 1 million USD in the past years, not for luck but because of cheating and rigged from evolution gaming. However, we have no channel to make complaint and report. This company even don't have an email or phone number for this kind of complaint, and the online chat are rubbish.
