Mr Vegas lost players money and cant find them since 1,5 week now

Anyone here waiting for deposits Mr Vegas lost on March 25th? Ive asked them every day now an they still dont know where players money went. Is this legal to not compensate players when their systems fail? Im soo frustrated!
