To be honest : professional person should never EVER class themselves PERFECT nether *ALMOST PERFECT* and I can clearly feel your rude attitude on the way of your communication regarding his issue. To me seems like you are bunch of guys from the street who paid $500 to create website and you took it from there to make money, that is how you are sounding to me. I have never used you and NEVER will but shame our friend @isakg12 had to deal with you and I am thankful he shared this here so none of us can give you the pleasure to get paid with our money MR ALMOST PERFECT !!!Hello,
I'am part of the support Mr James, I want to notice first that Isakg12 was totally disrespectful with our agent.
A mistake was made unfortunately and was fixed few minutes after.
I am not saying that we are perfect ( ....almost) but mistake can happened and as soon we realized it we fixed it.

Apologies for my absence in this conversation.
let me first update the important stuff. Yes I have received my money it is cleared funds available in my bank account as of tonight (withdrawal date was the 18th of October 2019)
Now to update on the rest of the story. Many of you will have seen my diary blog detailing chat transcripts and emails to and from the casino on another review site so I’ll try and keep this one as short but as accurate as I can.
The lengths you have to go through to withdraw your winnings are very specific but hang in there. A call to your bank will be the first step you will need all the required information on 1 official document - (this is so important but will not be made clear to you until 3 weeks after initial withdraw when your account still is not verified)!! I found no issue from my bank to get this and the letter was received within 3 days. Once that letter was passed on to Mr James it took another 5 days to confirm the bank details. This now takes us to the 8/12/19 in my experience. The withdrawal payment was sent to my bank on the 13/12/19. This should have been the end of the story but no. I spoke to my bank (capital one) they said no such payment has been made and nothing was pending. I went back to Mr James and relayed that message and asked for proof the payment was made. 8 days of messages and phone calls with Mr James still showed no signs of payment or proof. A document was finally produced to me from Mr James on the 24/12/19 this turned out to be nothing more than an in house confirmation of withdrawal and nothing I could go back to my bank with to find this payment. Another 2 weeks passes without receipt of payment and tonight I finally received from Mr James the transaction ID number of payment which my bank then located and credited the money.
Brief summary
The payment was in fact sent to the bank on the 13/12/19 and that should have then cleared but the bank withheld the money. Between the date of the 13/12/19 and today Mr James received a whole load of messages and phone calls from me including accusations of non payment and criticisms of their professionalism including their status as a genuine casino. I must add I was mostly very polite and a few occasions angry and frustrated. My assumption throughout all of this was that I had not received my money as it had not been sent and this, although viable, was wrong. I wish Mr James had provided the payment transaction ID 1 month ago when payment was made so I could have directed my frustrations towards my bank and not them. I don’t know why the bank withheld the money they wouldn’t say only that there was an issue.
I must state to all concerned at Mr James I do regret some of the things I said on chat and in conversation I was frustrated at not receiving funds before Christmas time I deeply apologise for my accusations of non payment it was my bank that withheld the money and not you and for that I am sorry.
and finally
Is Mr James a serious casino - yes
Can you withdraw and receive your winnings - yes
could the process be improved - yes
is it all a scam - no (in fact if you look at the timeframes Mr James were actually industry average on verification and payment times)
Will I deposit again - absolutely a 500% bonus is fantastic and hopefully now I’m fully verified any withdrawals should be a lot quicker.
my advice - play win/lose stick to the rules and if you withdraw GET THAT TRANSACTION ID!!!

@cashinokris with what ever you have said, you have made me very very confused. Especially at the end when you giving Mr James casino such a great review with what you have gone through so there is two things automatically come in to my mind: 1) Are you really honest on the issue to start with or was it just made up story and giving it some time to make it so amazing at the end so you can direct few more people at Mr James (or try to, as we all know what horrible casino that it) or 2) Are you sure you are not from the above mentioned casino and you trying to play a game hopping you can get some non well knowing people over to your business !? Sorry mate but I will raise report regarding this so @Skylined87 can have a look at your profile and comments as this what you have typed above seems very smelly to me.

@cashinokrisif you didn't post it here, you wouldnt even get the money those type of casinos are legit worst and should be shut down, support legit treated to publish your details and you are just going over it?

I understand what you’re saying but I find it strange you’re more than willing to believe what I say up until the point what I say stops being negative. I’m adding screenshots and chat transcripts with any personal details blanked out. Ultimately its irrelevant what you think, however it’s only fair that as I have received the money and as I did bombard Mr James with a lot of chats and emails, that I also praise and apologise when they actually do well or if I am wrong. I can’t tell anyone to play at their casino or don’t play at their casino and indeed it doesn’t affect me and I couldn’t care.

Now this should put the cat amongst the pigeons. Now that I’m verified and already been paid out once surely this withdrawal should be very quick. I didn’t even receive a deposit bonus code this time so it was all with raw balance. 800 euro in 4K euro out.

Why would you carry on playing at this casino? Surely the extremely long withdrawal process, support problems, shady terms not to mention the licence. Would be enough for anyone to never play there.

The withdrawal process was fairly straight forward once verified it was my bank that withheld it not the casino. The verification process was long because it was specific which was hidden to start with but once verified you don’t need to do it again. There was definitely support problems mostly concerning a lack of information. What terms do you think were shady? All casinos have terms you either abide by them and play or go somewhere else but I’m not sure what one(s) you consider shady. It is a dodgy licence from a dodgy Caribbean island which is unregulated so again you either take your chances or don’t but I’ve just received 2k winnings and also withdrawn another 4K which hopefully I’ll receive either next week or the week after so I think that although it’s very rare to actually win on any casino the fact I’m in profit by 5200 euro in a week is reason enough for me to play again.
