On further research my experience with them isn't unique? How are they allowed to continue to operate? 

 
Yep there’s definitely an attitude in this exchange, not sure it’s from the Mr James agent though.

So instead I should have emailed the address he gave me and waited however many days for a reply? As opposed to he/she/they just clicking whatever they have to actioning my request almost instantly?
