Monster Superlanche metal casino technical issue

Hi all, I was playing Monster Superlanche over at Metal Casino and believe the bonus has cocked up and owes me a lot more than it paid-on the second drop out of 8 spins, my multiplier was on 23x and I filled the screen. This gave a 50x bonus, so put my multiplier to 73x.

however, I had about 4 winning drops after this but none were multiplied up-it merely gave the win for the number of characters. For example the last drop paid for a half screen of a low paying symbol which was £1.70. This should have been multiplied by 73…as were a few other drops. I’ll see if I can post the replay here. In the meantime can anybody help please?

Hey @Stu Lawrence I think you're not understanding fully the game rules of the said slot. Multiplier is only applied once you reach the top in either of the reels, and then the multiplier will light up, get added to left side and it will then multiply any winnings by the said total multiplier.
