hi there 

i have a few questions if i may please bit long winded but think players need to know and report if they have had the same issue?

last night was playing monopoly live was just betting on rolls trying as ive never played before anyways luck was not going my way the risk we take  betted around 30-40 bets and then this happened i placed a bet just as the wheel span it stated bets rejected and guess what the rolls landed now yes was angry payed over 500x but hey just thought having a bad day.... played longer and hit the rolls so just thought hey bad luck .

today ive just logged played the same monopoly live placed around 20-30 bets no issues just not lucky lol. but then it happened again ? just as wheel spins bets get rejected and rolls come in on a 10x and pay over 600x ? now what i want to know can i be so unlucky? raised with the casino live support and they stated by bets did get rejected? asked why they cannot say? and asked me to allow them 5-7 to investigate . i never want to play the game again twisted my head bigtime just wanted to know if its happened to others?

If you get this issue i advice you to record your game session with obs its easy.

This way you have proof your bets got rejected, otherwise they blame it on your connection. I know Slotspinner had this issue

he had streamed it so he had records and he got the money, not sure if it was because he rocorded it or because he is an affiliate conspiracy theroies go both ways here. :tf:

i have pics of live chat and they confirm bet got rejected  i recorded the actually bonus that bets got rejected on 630x

shame i didnt click just before bets were taken 2nd time this has happened :(

Did play yesterday, had the same issue, bet got rejected 2 times.

I was auto betting the same bet. 1 time when it hit 2 rolls. Not happy but.....

You are not alone with the issue.

 
I played this 1400ish spins a day over the last 7 days taking part in 7 tournaments. 

Feel I have experience of these issues, I was present for the 500x where your bet was rejected. I have ave no conclusive answers, just conclusions based on my observations.

The game does 60-70 spins an hour.

The game freezes on average twice a day, usually around 4am and 8 pm UK time. There seems to be a somewhat scheduled maintenance around this time and it seems like they try to do it during a bonus round. Sometimes it takes a fair bit longer then the bonusround which causes you to time out, reset your autoplay or, if prolonged, causes the table to go offline for a couple minutes. This cost me 000's of pounds as everyday I was winning the tournaments, but due to work, I couldn't reconnect so would lose my place each time:D:D:D So aggravating.

The game is fairly new, occasionally there would be an issues:

The button the presenter uses to input the result failing, it is not automatic.

The presenters fat finger pressing 4 rolls instead of the actual result which was 1x

The flapper stopping the wheel and coming to rest stuck on top of one of the metal pins between the results.

A loss of fidelity in the videofeed.

All the above caused technical interventions which would potentially result in enough delay to cause the game to go offline or, do to no response from user, cause the autobet to reset.

I had the game running on multiple sites at once.

Some sites seem to be a lot more stable then others.

Unibet for example, my autobet only ever failed twice outside of the above scenarios. I believe it was the same 500x you are talking about.

My same bet at a White Hat Gaming site was rejected in the same round. WHG sites rejected my bet based on nothing other then lag many many times, it seemed like the tiniest delay or wobble in connection would cause the bet to be rejected. Whether the wobble is at my end(unlikely) or their own connections(more likely)  is hard to say.  I believe it is their issue causing this as it would only have an effect on WHG but the same round would play out on Kimdred sites.

My conclusions.

The game is new and Evolution are still ironing out minor post release bugs, unforeseen situations.

Different websites have different quality connections to Evolution gaming servers, maybe dependant on their distance and the infrastructure they have in their base countries. An less robust connection causes frequent bet rejection.

It all seems very fair and legit to me, they have had issues, they affected a lot of people, but they are quick to ask people to contact support directly or go through their casinos support to get any issue looked into. 

I missed out on fucking thousands due to whatever it is that would kick me around 8pm, also a lot of personal screw-ups, forgot to press start on autoplay an hour before one of the tournaments finished and lost my position(1st and 2nd place), forgot to opt in and actually enter 2 of them lol.

Should have won 5-7k over the week, ended up winning only £600
