[MISTAKE] Spilleren Casino Bonus Confiscation thanks to missclick.

Dear Casinogrounds, I'm seeking for your help! 

I claimed a bonus at Spilleren casino and played me up from 200€ to 1100€. Then a "slotters worst nightmare" happened. I placed a goddamn 12.50 euro bet on a stupid game and my bonus was fortfeited immidietly by the system. 

The support says that I can get another deposit bonus and some useless free spins, but I wont get back my current bonus. 

Please help me out, is there anything I can do in this case?

Hey! That's really unfortunate. If the system immediately voided your bonus, then you can forget about support helping you. That's due to technical limitations (based to my knowledge of the bonus workings). If the system wouldn't void your bonus, then you could have a chance by notifying support of your mistake, so there wouldn't be any problems cashing out. I wish I could help in this case :(

A thousand thanks for your reply Skylined! :)

I believe I am able to cash out my deposit, but it just feels so bad to give it all up that easily since it's just one simple missclick. Of course I am responsible and the casinos can do whatever they want. When I talked to the customer support the agent said that there decision was made because of "Bonus Violation" and not because they aren't able to restore bonuses. 

I don't really know wether to give myself the "Total idiot of the year" award or if I actually have some justice to be angry at the casino for their lack in willing to help me when a mistake like this happens. 

Am I screwed or is there some other instances you think that I could contact in this case?

As long as the possibility of me getting my bonus back is higher than getting a wildline in Dead Or Alive i'm going to fight for it.  B|

 
But you said your bonus was cancelled by the system? Support agents cannot restore your bonuses, I'm quite sure of it. I would say you're pretty much screwed. Maybe another forum member can help, but I doubt it. Sorry for being bad news :(

Atleast i'll probably get that idiot award.  ^_^  Once again, thanks a lot for taking your time! :)

 
Back in the day they also had a limit on winnings with a deposit bonus. I know, my fault for not reading carefully but I think that's robbery. I got a thousand out, but over 500 vanished. 

They also deny you bonuses if you win beforehand. Avoid this casino at all costs.

I have to say, a casino that has this kind of protection, that voids your bonus balance in case of a accidently higher bet then allowed rather than just voiding the bet itself, is something I find extremely annoying. If this happened to me on a site like that, I would fight like crazy about it in your case, however, it is pointless. I would have made a fool of myself, regret some angry emails and then maybe even appologize. It has happened before :P

Still, the support seems to show some understanding for what happened and are at least offering you some options/goodwills even if not much. Truth to be told, they wouldn´t have to offer you anything at all. I would suggest you take anything you get offered, and maybe ask if you can get the initial deposit bonus credited with reseted wagering. I can promise you, that no matter where you take this or how much you push it, you won´t possibly get more than this unfortunately. 

As a last note; Theoretically they can of course restore your bonus, it would take some 5-10 minutes work from a skilled support agent to check your game rounds, balance once bonus got voided, amount and remaining wagering. They could then just add the full amount with a custom wagering req so that the total wagering amount equals what you had before. In this case however, don´t even boughter asking about it

At least you learned something from this, on some sites you can easily avoid the risk completely and I am sure there is a big win waiting for you around the corner ;)
