So, I was on Shadowbet, had a balance of £148 and set 100 spins at 30p - lowest bet size

But .... I somehow set the bet size to £60 per spin, the bet per line button it seems allows the player to go backwards from 0.03 to 0.02 to 0.01 to 2.00 per line in that order, and it looks like i went back wards 1 click too many - 2 spins played, ie £120 before i managed to stop the auto's

Do I have any recource?  Any one done the same?

This kind of things suck..

Unfortunately there is no way to prove the mistake on your end - however its always worth reaching out to them (Stop to play immidiately after) and explain it. 

If you have been doing 0.30 bets for a long period of time there is a hope they understand and might offer some kind of compensation. I have both gotten a similar situation sorted, and not depending on the brand.

I myself made the same mistake when I first started playing slots (low-rolling) as I misunderstood line value to bet size lucky for me it was only £2 bet as per line value was £0.20 its an easy mistake to make nowhere near as bad as yours I would have been gutted at that

i Made in my past quite some misclicks biggest was 200 bet Never got the Money back sadly 

 
But the questions is if you would of misclick and win massive would you tell the casino that? "Please dont pay out my winnings, I didn't mean to bet that much" Haha :D

i have done a few misclicks in my time, the worst for me was 100 kr. (10£) but omg 60£ misclick and then two of them so sorry to hear that, i would not expect anything from the casino. But i wish you all the best, and please let us know if you had any luck.

 
I misclicked MAX BET on vikings go berzerk, yggdrasil, €125 which i think is max.

I happened because the graphic elements spin, coin value adjustment etc (whe whole bar) didnt show, but they were still there and active. so while i clicked around on the screen nothing happened (and i didnt know i clicked buttons), bit i manage to click MAX BET  + confirm and SPIN. To bad i didnt screenshot it...

It happened on an iPad.

 
Quick update for those interested

Shadowbet have absolutely excelled themselves and have fully resolved this for me. In fact, I had an expectation as to what I felt would be a reasonable resolution, and tbh, they gave went beyond what I was expecting - 100% impressed with them - it took a few email exchanges, but nothing brutal, and they are up there with the best dispute resolution I’ve had from any company !

btw, i’m Not affiliated with ShadowBet in any way (or any casino for that matter).

 
Every site should have a max per spin amount in addition to the usual responsible gambling settings in my opinion to avoid stuff like this. Must be very easy for the casinos to implement such a thing too.
