Hi everyone.
I have an interesting dispute going on with a casino. The casinos name isn't important at this time because I think I have to take this case to askgamblers.
So I made my first two deposits with deposit bonus and lost both of them. I mostly played black hole by merkur which is similar game to magic monk rasputin. I made my third deposit but declined on the third deposit bonus. After the RAW deposit I continued playing with the same black hole slot. It raised my balance to 3,4k and I decided to make withdrawal. My account needed to be verified of course before I could make the withdrawal. The next day I logged in to my account and noticed my that my balance was gone and they had returned my deposits. The casino folks haven't given me straight anykind of reason for canceling my winnings. But one streamer had contact there and got information that they accuse me of bonus abuse and that I have gathered bonus money to the black hole's cashpot and took it out of the cashpot withraw money.
The funny things here are:
1. I'm 110% sure that I emptied the games cashpot at the end of bonus balance.
2. My gaming history on their site doesn't show anykind of win after the raw deposits on first spins. There should be if I have collected any money from the cashpot. Attached pictures have the information.
3. At the end of my bonus balance I played on 0,1€ bet. On the first spin of my raw deposit the bet is 2€. The bet can't be changed if there is anything on the cashpot.
And 4. The last win on my bonus balance is 0,04€. This amount can't be won in any other way on this slot than by collecting the cashpot.
I asked the casino to get my gaming history from merkur so they prove that I have made what they accuse me of but no answer from them. I'll attach pictures of my gaming history
The point of this post is that I want to get some thoughts from other people that my case will be valid. You can see the time stamps on the pictures and my claims about this case above. Their gaming history also bugs out on this game by showing multiple spins as one time to time, but thatäs not important here because it clearly shows my points. I don't know how the casino came up with the accusations. Any thoughts?
Edit. And Yes I made sure that the bonus was cancelled in my profile and the cashpot was empty before my raw deposit
