Megaways Jack buggy

Hi, 

I have played some  'Megaways Jack' by Iron Dog studios, a new exclusive game on Royal Panda.

Now this may be explained as a 'graphical display issue' but I don't like it one bit.
From 2 spins left the game jumps to 0 spins left with what obviously looks like a win in the final screen, but does not credit a win.

This stings a bit, as I have bought EUR 48 bonuses for EUR 500 in a short time for this game.

or other moderator, would you please have Royal Panda or Iron Dog have a look into this game?
I think I have probably signed up at Royal Panda through Casinogrounds and would prefer this route over contacting customer support myself.
If you want to, you may hide this thread from public view if you like.

@vanHooff I got response from IronDog Studios:

"Thanks for reporting the issue. This was due to quickly skipping and, as stated was a display issue whereby the actual pays was correct. We agree 100% that it was not good for customers and have deployed an appropriate fix and added to our test scripts for future games. Thanks for playing and highlighting for us!"

 
Thank you Skylined87 and Iron Dog Studios for the fast response.

Good to see that the problem will be fixed.
Let it be noted that the "quickly skipping"  , if I recall correctly, was not done by me clicking the mouse or pressing the spacebar.
(although I do that a lot to skip win animations)

Now I don't  even know how the freespins played out  and this leaves me with a bad game experience for playing on a brand new game for which I had especially deposited to play it.

I'll cut my losses at EUR 350 for trying out this game.

All the better probably, since I am down over EUR 6K on Pirate Kingdom Megaways, another game of Iron Dog Studios that I like to play.
 
I know PKM to be a bit glitchy with sounds and scrambled graphics sometimes, but nothing remotely as bad as I've had on this spin of Jacks Megaways. 

All: enjoy playing this game (now that it is fixed)

I'm moving on to other games / game providers.
