I can add to this:

1. Obvious staling their verification process: All my documents are green light and aproved.. still says its stuck at 95% and that maaaybe adding more documents can "speed up the time".

2. Deposits are instant, withdrawals are probably gonna take weeks if it even happens. There should be rules and regulations that provided customers of the same amount of time between deposits and withdrawals.

3. They do copypaste the same messages, and its the same names as you mentioned above.
