Max win Snake error

Hello! I deposited 30€ to Casinouniverse using their 100% reload bonus offer and got 60€ to play with. Managed to get max win from brick snake 2000 with 0,4€ bet. But now Im having issue. I cant collect the win. Every time I try to collect (not gamble!) I keep getting error message. Their live support has been offline all day, and I can’t leave message there because I think its broken. It says I have no connection, even tho my intermet works perfectly fine. I did send them email, but im a bit worried.
Have any of you guys played there lately, and can confirm that the site is not dead? Its been awhile since I last played there.

Yeah, hope so, now atleast the live support was open, and I contacted them, hopefully it gets sorted fast, since the bonus terms says wagering has to be done in 48 hours

 
I need your help guys, today I have been waiting for the answer for the issue I played some other games, and then I tried once again go to Snake game to collect my win just to find out that now the win is gone! There was nothing when I entered the game. And win was not added to my balance. @Skylined87 @LetsGiveItASpin @CGDL @HampusSolsidan  

 
Seen a couple of topics with ‘max win issues’ in the past days. Quite some glitches going on @NLC. Did u regular trigger it? Hope it’s real and u get it solved.

I was using the action spins when I got the bonus, so not a bonusbuy.
