Update Regarding Marvel Casino – €2,600 Refunded, €3,800 in Winnings Still Withheld
I would like to provide an update regarding my ongoing dispute with Marvel Casino.
I can confirm that Marvel Casino has now successfully refunded my original deposits totalling €2,600, as promised in their previous email. I acknowledge and appreciate that they have honoured this part of their commitment.
However, the main issue remains unresolved.
Marvel Casino is still withholding approximately €3,800 in legitimate winnings, citing alleged system manipulation under Clause 15 of their Terms and Conditions.
I strongly dispute this allegation. I played video blackjack using the standard features available within the game, including Double Down. I did not knowingly exploit any technical errors, manipulate the system or engage in fraudulent activity.
I played entirely with my own deposited funds, without using bonuses, and completed the required 3× wagering requirement, which was confirmed by the casino’s own system.
Despite this, my account was permanently blocked, my withdrawal requests were declined, and no specific evidence or detailed explanation of the alleged manipulation has been provided to me.
Refunding my deposits does not resolve the issue of my withheld winnings.
I have now formally requested that Marvel Casino reconsider its decision, provide evidence supporting its allegations and release the outstanding €3,800.
I am asking the forum representatives and promoters to assist in escalating this matter to Marvel Casino’s management for a fair and transparent review.
I am happy to provide the relevant correspondence and supporting evidence privately.
I hope this matter can be resolved professionally, as I believe players deserve clear explanations when their winnings are withheld.
