Livecasino fail that hurts alot.

Hi guys. I need to share this with you guys. I was playing on Rizk casino today. I was playing live games like dream catcher and crazy time with no problem. I was betting 25e on 2 and 25e on coinflip. Out of the blue my bet was rejected and coinflip hit on 5x and payed 125x. I was and still am SO ANGRY that i cant even stand still. Crazy time live support did not help me at all - points for them. Rizk support helped me alot, they will look into the think and email me about it. It hurts SO MUCH to miss a over 3k hit. That would have been my biggest ever. Sry for comlaining so hard, but i needed to tell someone. I will keep informing how it turns out.

 
People will argue that it’s not rigged but let’s take a step back here and look at the bigger picture. You are being played I’d quit playing those live games. 

 
It has been 4 days since Rizk sais they will contact me about that live casino problem, not a single e-mail sent to me.

Usually takes around 5 working days, not the weekend, when an investigation has to go from the casino to the provider and back.

Give them a little time.

It happened to me as well on nordicbet.

I was betting on evolution blackjack and got A8 and dealer has J

i stand dealer turns second card it’s 2 and next card is 6 and then he takes another card and gets 8 and then I lost.

I was like wtf is this? I contacted support at evolution table and when they looked closely they started saying sorry and such. But I got my money + winnings two days after.

after this I’ve been really careful playing these live games. It has to be rigged no chance in hell it’s not 

 
@H1PP1E No, need to be sorry about complaing i would for sure also have been very upset. My post if it happend to me would "f*** As**** motherf**** try to cheat me" 

From what i know rizk is a fair casino, so i am sure they will do what they can to help you. And like someone else already said it can be a longer process waiting for the provider to respond. I tried two times having to wait for the provider, first time was in white rabbit were i got the bonus and then the game froze and i was not able to restart it. I had to wait two weeks for it be fixed. 

Second time was on book of aztec (amanet/amatic) after the bonus was completed the money i won in the bonus round was not added to my account. I was arround one week for the provider to respond. 

I keep my fingers crossed that it will turn out how it should, meaning you will get the money you won.

Ty for your Components guys. Im waiting for rizk to contact about it. I tried to contact evolution gaming when it happened but they did not replie anything. I have not had Any problems before. This is so stressfull. 😅

sorry to break it to you but if the bet didn't go through there is just no way for you to get any money. 

 
Its been almost 2 weeks since i talked to the live support on rizk. They have not sent any information about my stuff. I dont mind if they even sent that it is a lag and ur not getting any money. But nothing. Kinda dissapointing from rizk that i have used for years now. :(

 
It has been 3 weeks no word from rizk. Thinking that i might change the site i play and not give them anymore money. 

 
Yes you better do that. You won’t see any penny from that money and we had several people with same problem. Even playing with automatic play their bets were rejected and then a big x hitter. This is obviously a scam from evolution gaming and risk as nothing to do with it. The problem is since it all pre-determined evolution reject some of the bets in order to pay-out less. Fuc**** cunts they get so much money from us and still they do us dirty like that. 
 

shame on you evolution gaming, I know how u work bunch of m***** f******. Even though it never happened to me, I feel bad for you and others bro.

these cunt* must be fined a big ass amount!!! Scamming people like that.

 
Hey guys. A happy update. Got email from rizk that it was a teknical mistake and got my winnings. SO MUCH respect to Rizk casino. I withdrew 3000e and will play with 100e. Happy story this time. Thanks for all of ur support guys. ❤️
