The main thing i would recommend to help is reduce how much you focus on the actions of whatever casino companies and start thinking more about why you are doing it to yourself. The fact that gambling is the hole you've fallen into is irrelevant; what is relevant is why you have recently developed a tendency to fall into holes. When you do these things to yourself then the holes could just as easily be drugs, alcohol, escorts or even CSGO skins - you're gonna be wasting money, time & personal energy on anything if you're approaching it in such a self-destructive manner. 

I don't mean it to sound judgemental, yet it will require some raw & honest self examination to think why you keep feeling the need to do these actions to yourself - what do you think it brings you and/or what is absent in your personal life that it is making up for? You're clearly not a muppet who's gambling just because they seen a shiny new advert on TV, you're aware of the realities - I'm certain also you wouldn't tolerate people coming in your house every night and stealing £1000, so what is it motivating you to steal from yourself every night? 

Learning to realise you're worthy of a good life can often be part of it too, as falling into holes is an easy way of beating yourself up when you feel down. I know myself that the short term comfort & warmth the holes give you is 100% easier than actually dealing with real life, but the loneliness of a hole like gambling means it's also very easy to fall further in on yourself too.
