lil Devil - Hearts missing. (BetVictor)

Hi, All.

Just logged into my betvictor account and loaded up lil devil (BTG) and instantly noticed that all my Hearts I had collected for the bonus had disappeared on every single stake. I know they never go because I have always had 2 on a high stake from months and months ago. 

I was 2 away from the bonus on a 20p stake as well. Has this happened to anyone else, I have made a complaint to BV and waiting to hear back. 

 
Happend to me not so long ago. Game crashed when I was 2 hearts away I went back on and they were gone. I loaded up the game a couple hours later and they were there try speaking to live chat.
