Im so mad atm! been playing on leovegas for over two years now!,
and this week i lost 10 k sek!.(wich is much for me)
so i asked the support if i could consolation money or freespins!,, but the answer is allways 100% no ! '

he said i had got aloot of freeespins/bonuses.. and he was talking  about the freespins ive got from letsgiveitspins stream?..

and there for i couldent get anything !....i cant even write now! i just wanna say that leovegas has to change the way they deal with their players...

and the guy in the support showed me zero respectt! a real duche!....

i  wont return to that site, thats for sure!

not really a good reward system at leovegas or I'd play there, I suggest instead for asking free spins goto a new casino

That's pretty poor from LeoVegas to be honest.

If I have a bad week/month at Casumo or Betsafe, they normally give a £25 chip or something.

I personally don't think it's good form for players to be contacting casinos asking for free stuff outright.  Perhaps you should consider being a bit more subtle and approach this from a different angle to see if you get different results.

If i blast few grand in a Casino and having Bad Luck ..i Think if a Casino wants to Keep the Player aß a Good Customer than could Throw out some Bonus they make money anyway 

 
Yes I agree. One of the worst reward-system out there :(

And always troubles with every single sms/email I get when I get an offer :( :(

But there is so many other better sites like videoslots, rizk and dunder!!!
