Not sure what options are available in India, but if you can use Skrill or Neteller, try that. Just talk to LeoVegas support on Live Chat and they'll be able to help you. 

I have the same problem with my bank in Norway, and I withdraw from Casino to Skrill, and then from Skrill to my bank.
