LeoVegas locking my account for no reason/Verification problems

I have been trying to verify my address document the whole day and they are not accepting it and not even given a reason. Now my account is closed for no reason whatsover, and my 10k balance is gone or what? im stuck in the support chat for an hour.
Can some of the mod help me out?

Update: Support finally replied. My account was closed due to some "worriesome statements", which i never did. Now i will have to wait for a response

Thanks for your reply. Account still closed, no news from support. Apparently I got locked, because in the blackjack chat, I typed "help I just lost 180 Euro" (as joke). I have 10k in balance.

Support is terrible, didn't receive an email since 8am. Just connected to support and they can't access my account information, because I don't know which welcoming bonus I took 5 years ago. (See screenshots)

Asked some basic questions like how much I deposited and withdrew. Told them this year and don't know any of 5 years ago but then I looked at my bank details, and could tell him the full amount

Here he asked which welcoming bonus I took. I told him, I don't know because it was 5 years ago. He replied with, I couldn't find any account. Bro has my email address and can't find my account. Terrible support.

I emailed them and now waiting for a reply to the status of my account closure + why my verification document for the address is rejected.

update:

verification was finally a success with the help of support. i requested a withdrawal of my balance and according to the support it should arrive within 10 working days. i will update you when the withdrawal is a success. until then please dont close the ticket

unfortunately accout is still closed. guess i will have to look for another online casino

Hope the money ends up coming through smoothly dude - glad to hear it's nearly resolved.

You do need to careful what you say in casino chatboxs sometimes - i once had same account lock because it was a dry session on Monopoly & i typed to another player moaning that "i couldn't hit a bonus to save my life tonight!" - the first question Live Support asked me was if i was feeling suicidal! (Is nice they care, though you still gotta be careful, as some casinos will ban just in case you end up a messy newspaper headline!)

Yeah, unfortunately I just realized that.

Current status:

It's been 1.5 days since my request of withdrawal was submitted. Although it is still not confirmed by them. It's in a queue according to their support. Meaning the payment isn't even sent out yet!

I hope the money arrives smoothly, shame it was difficult to get there, I know the support loop is quite exhausting 😂. Let us know if you get the money in the end!

Withdrawal has been confirmed via support. Now I need to wait for the deposit in my bank account. Hopefully will arrive by monday

Current Status:

Money still not here. Should arrive by Thursday according to my calculation. If money is not sent within this week, I kindly ask the admin to help me out.

 
Update:

I contacted support. Previous support said it should arrive within 5 days, now they said it's 10 days because they use WireTransfer as method.

So it should arrive by 23rd of October, but I already waited 5 business days. Does WireTransfer really take that long? Volume is 10k€

I just contacted support now the say it's 15 days! It's like they are delaying on purpose. I kindly ask the moderator to directly contact leovegas for me. I don't have the patience to wait for another 5 business days.
